10. For instock items, buyer would be inform to collect item once payment is recieved

12. Collection is through meet up and only at these 3 locations
13. Meet ups are at Houugang Point, Yishun MRT, Woodlands MRT
14. Normal postage : $1.50 - $2.50
15. Registered mail : $3.50 for 1 clothes, additional $0.50 for every additional clothes
